This project deals about design and simulation of swimming pool lifesaver machine. The machine works by the means rising from the bottom of the pool having the person who falls in risqué. This machine works by energy source of electrical pump and this pump used to pressurize the pistons and the pistons runs into the required height having the structure which is tied into the top of pistons head that is the net covered frame which is used to out the person who has rescue. The machine also includes parts like hydraulic piston cylinder, hydraulic pump, control valve; hose, oil tank, metal bar frame, net and sensors are main components of this machine. At the operation time that means when emergency occur it moves from the bottom of the pool to the top with emerged person using only one safety button which is installed outside of the pool and in place that can anyone can reach and operate easily to save the life of swimmers within a maximum of fifteen minutes.
The cost of this machine is very low comparing with the one and the precious human life. Therefore, installing this machine into the pools and saving not more but one human life with a birr of less than two hundred thousand is a very successful job.
